HAPPY SPRING

As the warmer weather, spring buds and chirping birds start to appear, it is a welcome picture from the difficult winter we all endured.  Soon we will be in the thick of summer as there is only 1 month until school is out and we welcome our cottage friends again!

This is a good time to take note if you have your next dental check-up and cleaning booked.  Summer is always our busiest time, so make sure you book early to ensure a spot.

Also as a reminder the CDCP (Canadian Dental Care Plan) is now open to all Canadians across Canada.  For more information visit www.DoubleCheckCDCP.ca 

Anyone who has previously registered for the CDCP remember this is an annual plan and you must renew your card as of June 1 every year. 

We want to encourage everyone to get out and enjoy the warm weather.  Stay active, make healthy food and lifestyle choices and drink plenty of water.  If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and get plenty of rest.
